Throughout my personal and professional experiences, I have found purpose and passion in food.

I was proudly born in Canada, entered the states by way of Tennessee, and did most of my growing up as a Hoosier.  I lived in Chicago for about a decade and learn something new about the city every day. In the fall of 2021, I moved to Brooklyn to finish up grad school in person at NYU.

When I am not working or studying, you will most likely find me in the kitchen and catering to my pandemic puppy, Spritz.
